MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with my Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely wedged. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to eps carry footprint work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this nightmare? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly apprecia
